Courtside ("we", "us") is a free website with NBA scores, stats, scouting tools and models. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Questions: CourtsideCorp@gmail.com.

Model leans, predictions, projections, odds comparisons and the betting tools are our analysis of public data. They are not betting, financial or any other professional advice, and no result is guaranteed. Decisions you make with them, including bets, are yours.

Betting tools are for adults 21 and older where sports betting is legal. Courtside is not a sportsbook: we take no bets, hold no money and are not paid for links to sportsbooks or prediction markets. Gambling problem? Call 1-800-GAMBLER.

Scores, stats and player details come from public sources such as balldontlie and ESPN, and our models are built on them. Any of it can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Check anything important with an official source.

You may use Courtside for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don't scrape, crawl or bulk-download the site or its data, or send automated traffic that slows it down for others. Don't try to break, overload or get around the site's security, or reach data that isn't shown on its pages. And don't copy or resell Courtside's pages, models or data as your own.

We may block traffic that does these things. Search engines that follow our robots.txt are welcome.

Courtside's text, design, charts and models belong to Courtside. Team names, logos and player images belong to their owners. Courtside is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NBA or its teams. Sharing a link or a screenshot of a page is fine.

If you send feedback, we may use it to improve the site without owing you anything. See our privacy page for what we collect.

Courtside is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. It may be unavailable or change at any time. To the fullest extent the law allows, Courtside is not liable for any loss or damage from using the site or relying on it, including betting losses.

Please email CourtsideCorp@gmail.com and give us a chance to fix it before telling anyone else. We reply within a few days. The same contact is in our security.txt.

We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA.
